Job summary:
The Centro de Linguística da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (CLUNL), wishes to admit a researcher with a PhD in Linguistics, with at list 3 years of relevant post-doc research in the study of language and social processes, from a usage-based perspective with a solid empirical background in primary data and an interdisciplinary focus.

Job description:
The candidate will join an existing Research Unit at FCSH-UNL. CLUNL is a Research Unit which develops and promotes research in different areas of Linguistics. The researcher to be admitted is expected to enhance investigation and particular projects mainly in the domain of Discourse Interaction Research, with an active research focus on the Organization of Talk in Interaction. The researcher to be admitted is expected to collaborate in the ongoing projects (data collection, linguistic analysis and dissemination of the results) and activities (seminars, workshops) of the existing groups. There are no teaching obligations. The researcher will have the opportunity to apply for funding in order to develop new projects, but will also collaborate with ongoing projects. Fluency in Portuguese is expected.
