Research field: Physics Engineering
Prospective applications should hold a Master in Physics Engineering or related scientific fields and a minimum final classification of 14 values (out of 20).
The main aim of this grant is the characterization by optical spectroscopies, such as photoluminescence (in steady-state and time-resolved modes), UV/Vis/NIR absorption, measurement of the emission quantum yield and emission flux using integrating spheres and hyperspectral analysis of the emission of hybrids organic-inorganic materials doped and non-doped and modified by lanthanide ions and nanoparticles with up-conversion emission properties.
