a) the scientific and technological production of the last five years considered to be more relevant by the applicant;
b) the applied or practice-based research activities developed over the last five years and considered as having the greatest impact by the candidate;
c) the activities of extension and dissemination of knowledge developed during the last five years, in particular in the context of culture and scientific practices promotion that are considered by the candidate to be of greater relevance;
d) the activities of management of science, technology and innovation programs, or the experience in observing and monitoring the scientific and technological system or higher education, in Portugal or abroad.
The grading system will produce a result on a 0 to 100 scale, based on the basis of the following criteria and weights:
C1: Quality of CV (scale 0-100), where it should be evidenced:
- Publications in journals of international circulation with scientific arbitration and quotations (scale 0-45);
- Participation in conferences, seminars and advanced schools (scale 0-20);
- Extent and relevance of participation in previous projects (scale 0-15);
- Awards and distinctions of academic, scientific or technical content - evaluated by the scientific committee through documentary analysis, letters of recommendation, cover letter (scale 0-10);
- Student orientations (scale 0-10).
C2: Previous experience in the area (scale 0-100).
The final grade of the curricular evaluation and scientific course (ACPS) will be obtained by the expression:
ACPS = 0.6 * C1 + 0.4 * C2.
The three best candidates, according to the punctuation in the curricular criteria (ACPS) will be called to an interview with the selection jury, which can take place via skype or videoconference if the candidate requests it. The interview score (IS) will be expressed in the 0 - 100 scale.
